¿Why do I need one account per device??
Subscriptions are individual per device since each connection represents an access channel to the server. This way we can control unauthorized access and maintain a better ratio of concurrent users per bandwidth on our channels.
Why do I get No Signal on a channel??
We are constantly working to provide you with the best connection to the signals of the different channels. Sometimes some connections become saturated and send us No Signal due to the limit of concurrent users, please write to us to promptly resolve this situation.
The signal is choppy
Please validate that your Internet connection is not behind a proxy, restart the Radiosity application and try again. In most cases it occurs due to latency in the network connection. Once restarted it empties your connection buffer and allows for a faster connection.
