Why do I need an account per device?
Subscriptions are individual per device as each connection represents a channel of access to the server. In this way we can control unauthorized access and maintain a better proportion of concurrent users by bandwidth on our channels.
Why there is a No Signal on a live channel?
We are constantly working on providing the best connection to the signals of the different channels. Sometimes some connections are saturated and No Signal sends us due to the limit of concurrent users, please write to us to promptly solve this situation.
Signal looks choppy
Please validate that your internet connection is not behind a proxy, restart the Radiosity application and retry. In most cases it occurs due to latency in the network connection. Once restarted it empties the buffer of your connection and allows a faster connection.
