Android TV or Smart TV
On Android TVs, our Radiosity application is installed directly on the TV’s operating system. On smart TVs, we must first validate whether it is possible to install from unrecognized sources through the official download application. The TV must be connected to the Internet via Wifi or Ethernet cable.
Fire StickIn case your TV is not Smart TV or Android TV, the use of an internet streaming device is required. We provide the Amazon Fire Stick for a reasonable cost, but you can buy it directly if you want. Other options are Mi Box, Nvidia Shield, Mag 250/254 or any box that has an Android operating system.

Why do I need an account per device?

Subscriptions are individual per device because each connection represents a channel of access to the server. In this way we can control unauthorized access and maintain a better proportion of concurrent users by bandwidth on our channels.

Why is a No Signal on a live channel?

We are constantly working to provide you with the best connection to signals from different channels. Sometimes some connections are saturated and there is a No Signal due to the limit of concurrent users, write to us to solve this situation as soon as possible.

The Signal is choppy

Validate that your internet connection is not behind a proxy, please restart the Radiosity application and try again. In most cases, it occurs due to latency in the network connection. Once restarted, your connection’s buffer is flushed allowing for a faster connection.
